Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At this time, Paddlly primarily provides digital services, app-related features, and potential future merchandise or promotional products. If physical products become available through Paddlly, our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital downloads
  • Subscription services
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Certain health or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required to complete your return.

Please do not send products directly back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by Paddlly support.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Products missing original packaging or parts
  • Damaged items not caused by shipping or our error
  • Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within several business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at kris.andrae@mercuryservicesllc.com for assistance.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a replacement depending on the situation.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund may be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

If instructed to return a physical product, return shipping details will be provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received.

Digital Products & Services

Because Paddlly may offer digital services, app features, memberships, downloadable content, or subscriptions, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted or services have been used.
